Raps draft luck down again....

Not only does Toronto win the lottery in the year before the motherload of talent hits the draft (thanks to David Stern's age limit), but the Raps might lose this years pick as well....

The pick is only lottery-protected up to No. 15. It will be conveyed to Cleveland if it falls any lower than 15th thanks to the long-ago trade of Yogi Stewart for Lamond Murray in September
2002.

It'd be a neat trick, then, if the Raps could win the Titanic and retain their first-round selection. Of course, as team president Bryan Colangelo quipped, winning the division and forfeiting the pick would be "a high-class problem."
